Regular girls certainly needn't wash their tights after every use. In dance, on the other hand, there is more than your average body movement in a given time. But I've seen my sister wear the same pair of tights for a whole year, so I've seen the idea pushed to the edge. Sometimes I wear the same pair of socks two days in a row but I get ultra-paranoid about it. In the evening of the second day the sock-smell can give me the Dead Fish face! Yo big C!
